Short Bio: 

Cem Osken, a Ph.D. candidate in Management Information Systems Department in Bogazici University, has over 12 years of experience in banking and financial services in various departments. His fields of expertise are operational risk management, audit, IT audit, governance, investment banking, settlement and clearing operations. He received his BA in business administration and finance from Dokuz Eylul University and his MA from Bogazici University – Management Information Systems. His research spans across risk management, IT audit, and sports analytic. His research has been published in international journals and conferences including Journal of Financial Regulation and Compliance and European Conference on Information Systems. Cem worked as the head of internal audit in Takasbank between 2013-2016, moving to the UK following that. Since, he has worked at PwC as a senior manager at Technology Risk and Resilience and as a Technology Risk Manager at Schroders Plc.
